Though junk food is a boon for the busy scheduled one, yet it is one of the biggest threats to human being, starting from “weight gain”. I have noticed now an alarming concern on people regarding “weight gain” and scrounging easy steps to reduce weight. I daren’t say that putting off weight is a week’s or month’s work. It needs time to shed off the extra kilos/pound and is not a one night’s miracle. As our health cannot be compensated with any other luxury. We have to shatter the illusion of losing weight within some fragments of time or our health will be like those scrambled eggs.
